Board governance

Association of Canadian Publishers From the fall of 2005 to the Spring of 2006, Meta4 assisted the Executive Director and board, helping them to develop a new strategic plan and to assess and strengthen the ACP's governance arrangements. The assignment included a workshop on board governance and development of a report with recommendations on a range of issues, such as role descriptions, committee mandates and structure, and policies on internal and external appointments.
