-40

-40 is a terminus1525 project and a partnership between terminus1525, the Canada Council for the Arts, the National Film Board of Canada and the Montreal-based record label, C0C0S0L1DC1T1. Twenty young Canadian video and audio creators received commissions to re-mix 1940's footage from the archives of the National Film Board of Canada. The remixed works are included on a boxed CD/DVD set that was launched in November 2004 at the NFB Mediatheque in Toronto and the Montreal club, O Patro Vys.
